Once approved and registered with us you can complete a proposal, receive your quote and receive confirmation of cover from your mobile phone or computer. The policy wording, the Policy Schedule, Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) and Key Facts summary are all downloadable and can be printed at your convenience. A Statement of Facts showing the information on which any quotation is based is also downloadable.

Once registered you will be provided with an access code that will enable you to update your details and register any changes to your car. Please be aware that you will need to provide a copy of your passport and competition licence. Full details are provided in the downloadable Key Facts documents once you are registered. Accident damage to the whole vehicle while on the time controlled section of a competitive stage is covered.

Cover is arranged through Advance Underwriting Ltd trading as Rallycover (Advance) and is a company registered in England and Wales and is licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Services
Wherever possible please take photographs of the accident location, and damage to the vehicle in situ before it is moved.
Time and date of incident / Photos of the scene and of the car at the scene if possible /Place that the damaged vehicle will be stored / summary description of the incident.
We will send you a detailed Claim Notification form by e-mail, so will need your reply e-mail address or the Notification form will automatically got to the Policyholders email address.
Providing the damage is covered under the policy we will agree arrangements for the insured vehicle be removed from the accident location to its usual home location, to an approved repairer, the team home location or a place of safety.
